Omaha's dense bungalow and ranch blocks from Dundee to Millard depend on solid fencing to define property lines, secure yards, and weather the seasons. Omaha Fence Company has installed and repaired wood privacy fences, vinyl, chain link, ornamental metal, and gates across Omaha and the surrounding area since 2015.
Homeowners in ZIP 68114 and across Omaha call us because we show up with the same crew, we work from your property line and your existing survey, and we tell you straight whether a fence repair will hold or replacement makes better sense. We're AFA Member Installers, fully insured, and we've built fences in every neighborhood from west Omaha to Millard.
Fence Installation and Repair in Omaha
Omaha's housing stock ranges from historic Dundee bungalows with original cedar privacy fences to sprawling ranch properties in Millard and west Omaha. Every neighborhood has its own fence rules. Some are governed by HOA architectural standards that control height, material, and color. Others fall under Omaha city code or Douglas County setback and corner-visibility requirements. We know these rules vary block to block, and we work with you to confirm what applies at your address before we bid the job.
Fence posts set in concrete can fail at the ground line where moisture collects, especially on older installations where the post wasn't tamped or sealed properly. We repair fence posts, replace stringers and rails, and restore wood fences with staining and restoration work. We also install new wood and vinyl privacy fences, chain link, aluminum and ornamental iron, gates, automatic driveway gates, pool fencing, and commercial or temporary fencing. Every job starts with a free on-site assessment and a clear estimate.
Since 2015, our team has served Omaha and the surrounding area with fully insured crews for wood and privacy fence installation, fence post repair and replacement, and fence repair across all neighborhoods.

How We Work in Omaha
Step 1: Free Site Assessment. Call us at (531) 541-5896 or contact us online. We visit your property, walk the fence line, identify what needs repair or replacement, check for utility lines (Nebraska 811 locates are required by law before any digging), and confirm setback and HOA rules with you. We give you a realistic estimate and timeline before we commit to anything.
Step 2: The Work. We handle the site setup, utility locates, post holes, concrete setting, framing, and final installation. Whether your lot is tight, your fence runs along a busy street, or your HOA requires specific materials and colors, we work around those constraints. We coordinate with your HOA if approval is needed. We use pressure-treated pine, cedar, vinyl PVC, galvanized or powder-coated hardware, and proper spacing and bracing to make sure your fence stands square and stays that way.
Step 3: Cleanup and Walkthrough. We remove all debris, haul it off, and leave your property clean. We walk the completed fence with you, answer questions, and make sure you understand maintenance (wood needs periodic staining, vinyl needs occasional cleaning, gates need hinges checked seasonally). That's how we work.
